• Payment information: when you purchase a reading, payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic log data automatically collected when you visit the Service.
• Cookies / local storage: we use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account.
• To deliver the readings you order and communicate with you about them.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, status updates, replies).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your reading content for advertising.

3. Service providers

We share information only with vendors who help us run the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, and file storage.
• Email delivery provider — to send transactional emails.

These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and may only use your information to provide services to us.

4. Stripe payment processing

All payments on the Service are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, Stripe collects the payment information necessary to complete the transaction, which may include your name, billing address, and payment card details. Stripe's collection and use of this information is governed by its Privacy Policy and Consumer Terms.

We do not receive or store your full payment card numbers. Stripe provides us with limited information needed to confirm the transaction, such as the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and the payment status. Stripe may also share billing details with us to help fulfill your order and provide customer support.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information and reading history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

• Access and update your account information from your profile page.
• Delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in each email.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

7. California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Policy.
