These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Belle's Offerings (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Belle's Offerings offers custom tarot readings delivered as written guidance and recorded video, accessible through your private account on our website.

2. Eligibility & entertainment disclaimer

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Readings are provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other expert advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on a reading.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Orders & payment

Prices, turnaround times, and the contents of each reading are described on the reading's listing page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; by ordering you also agree to Stripe's terms. All prices are in the currency shown at checkout and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver each reading within the turnaround window listed for that reading type. Readings are delivered through your account on the Service. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable additional time we will contact you with options.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Because each reading is a personal, custom-made digital product:

• You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before we have begun work on your reading.
• Once work has begun, orders are generally non-refundable. If you believe there is a problem with your reading (for example, it was not delivered, or there is a clear error), contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — typically by redoing the reading or, at our discretion, issuing a refund.
• Refunds for chargebacks or disputes are handled in accordance with our payment processor's policies.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or publish a reading in whole or in part without our written permission.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse us or anyone else through the Service.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and the reading templates we use, is owned by Belle's Offerings and protected by intellectual property laws. When you receive a reading, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own private reflection. We retain copyright in the underlying materials.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all readings are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, or result from a reading.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belle's Offerings and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the reading giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [YOUR STATE].

13. Changes to these Terms
